- A non-refundable deposit of first night of stay payable on booking.
- Payment of the balance is due on arrival.
- We reserve the right to pre-authorise cards for the balance due up to 7 days prior to arrival.
- We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.
- Please note that once a reservation has been made any curtailment or reduction of days within 48 hours of arrival or after arrival, the balance, i.e. 100% of the booking value less the deposit paid, for the entire stay will be due.
- In the event of a no show. 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
- If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation or alteration of travel plans you are advised to take out travel insurance.
- Check ins from 4pm onwards with check out by 11am.
- Children over the age of 12 welcome.
